It would be great to find someone easygoing who enjoys occasional conversation, maybe cooking together once in a while, or simply sharing a comfortable living environment while still respecting privacy and personal space. I am over 50, age should match ± 15 years...
Included: • Private bedroom • Private attached bathroom • Garage parking spot in attached double garage • Shared kitchen & living room • Fast symmetrical fiber internet (up to 300 Mbit down AND up) • 1/3 basement storage area (still large)
Pets are welcome (+$50/month per contract).
Another big advantage: You would simply be added to the existing lease, which runs until September. After that, the lease switches to month-to-month, so cancellation is possible with one month notice.
