A perfect motorhome for the family or someone just looking for an adventure. It's 27' length is spacious enough to sleep 6 but short enough to go all kinds of places. A full sized bed over cab, a really comfortable queen size in the back and a convertible U-dinette that has seatbelts for 4. Throw in a captain chair and you can transport a total of 7 people. Low mileage at 47,800 on a Ford V-10 gas engine makes it cheaper at the pumps. This is set on an E-450 chassis. One pop-out and an on board generator that fires right up. All 6 tires were replaced at the end of last summer and have less than 300 miles on them. We have just used it for our family but it could be rented out if you're looking for a side income. We hate to see it go but just don't use it enough.
