ApplePayMy son is selling his Rawlings Icon to build up some cash. Used for two seasons of competitive play and still has plenty of life left. Good condition overall with normal cosmetic wear, no dents, no cracks, no rattle, and a solid end cap. Brand new grip tape and bat taper, so it’s ready to go right out of the bag.
Specs:
• 32” length, 27 oz (Drop -5)
• 2¾” barrel
• USSSA certified (stamped)
• Two-piece composite
New to buying bats? Here’s why this one’s a great pick:
The Icon is one of Rawlings’ top-tier USSSA bats and retails new for around $400+. As a two-piece composite, it’s built for a smoother feel on contact (less sting on mis-hits) with a big sweet spot and great pop, meaning your kid will square up more pitches and hit the ball harder without needing to muscle it.
The “Drop -5” means it’s heavier than a beginner bat, which is the standard step-up for players roughly 11 to 13 years old transitioning toward middle school ball or higher-level travel and USSSA play. If your league requires a USSSA stamp (most competitive youth leagues do, not to be confused with USA Baseball), this bat qualifies.
Two seasons of use means it’s already broken in (composite bats actually perform better after some hits) and you’re getting a premium bat at a fraction of retail.
