This is a 2005 MyYacht 3508 that is built on aluminum pontoons. Only one we've ever seen built with 6" of extra headroom and and an extened interior cabin by about 18" (which means the front deck is a little smaller). It is totally self-contained with all the luxuries of home and it's been completely refinished and is equipped with a brand new Mercury outboard for worry-free adventures. We chose this particular boat because it was built with higher ceilings than any other Myacht we found. The interior was totally gutted and redesigned to create better use of space. The new Galley has a new induction stove, high quality stainless sink, new custom built counters and cabinets with soft close drawers and doors. LED lighting throughout. New 7-1/2 cu. foot Contour 12 volt refrigerator. Brand new flooring (interior and exterior). New toilet and new roof-top air conditioner. New 36" 12 volt ceiling fans. New wall mount smart TV with DVD player and new Sony Bluetooth stereo with speakers in the main cabin, on the front deck and the scenic roof deck. Wake up to the view of a tranquil bay while the boat swings at anchor from your queen sized bed. Or sleep four if you choose to change out the two barrel chairs with a hideabed or sleep under the stars on the roof deck.

The High Thrust Mercury 60 HP is brand new with about 30 hrs. on it. Be aware when shopping for these boats that they suffer from failing Poly fuel tanks that are built into one of the pontoons, (an expensive fix) if they haven't already failed they soon will. We had ours cut out of the pontoon and replaced by an oversized 80 gallon custom aluminum tank that will last for decades and take you to the most distant shores with it's hundreds of miles of range. You can average 5-10 mpg depending on wind and speed. Our average was about 7 mpg. Mind you, this boat does not plane.

The Onan 2800 Microlite generator only has around 100 hrs. on it and was just serviced and starts and runs perfect. Water heater is a 6 gal. RV style propane. The water tank is around 70 gallons and will last a week for a frugal couple. Black water is about 35-45 gals.

The heavy duty Trail-Rite trailer had all new bearings, brakes and tires last year and is ready to travel anywhere. We've pulled it thousands of miles over the years with an older 3/4 ton pickup and it pulls beautifully with it's triple axle trailer.

The boat is sitting in it's slip right now in the beautiful Riviera Marina in Lake Havasu, AZ. The slip is not for sale but they do have slips for rent or Lease-purchase.
