Looking for a laid-back way to enjoy Lake Powell with your family and friends? We currently have ownership shares available on the Moki Sunrise!
Moki Sunrise is a slightly older houseboat that has been extensively upgraded and maintained with comfort in mind. Some of the features include:
️ Full solar system
️ Starlink internet
🧊 Upgraded full-size refrigerator
Full-size appliances
Many additional upgrades and conveniences throughout the boat
One of the best parts of Moki is the ownership group itself — extremely relaxed, friendly, and easy to work with. No drama, just families enjoying time on the lake.
Annual dues are currently $3,200 per ownership share. As a special, we are only charging any new owners their first years dues.
We’re also offering a special “trial year” opportunity:
If at the end of your first year of ownership you decide Moki isn’t the right fit for you and your family, we will terminate the ownership with no further dues owed.
This is a great opportunity to experience houseboat ownership with very little risk and see if the Moki family is the right fit for you.
