It has 749.9 hours. It was installed when the house was built in (2009?) but we haven't used it in years so we decided to get rid of it. It's currently configured for propane but we have natural gas now.
There is a transfer switch on the house which you would be welcome to take, but I wouldn't know how to remove it.
