Hey to my ladies! My roommate is moving out of our two bedroom two bathroom apartment at the end of the month so move in as early as June 1!
PROS
Fantastic location! Right off the 215, close to downtown but tar enough away that your triends have parking when they come over.
Easy access to bare essentials like Chipotle.
Pool, hot tub, volleyball court, tennis court, great gym, Amazon hub, in-unit washer /dryer included
Pretty much walking distance to Whole Foods and Starbucks (where my basic bitches at?)
You would have the hall closets to yourself because I have enough space in my room for all my junk.
I used to be a bartender so I can mix up a couple things that don't suck. Low expectations please.
Since I am staying put, living room is fully furnished
We get a mountain view off the balcony, not the ugly ass street
CONS
The kitchen is small but who's really playing Gordon
Ramsay anymore?
Bedroom is not furnished. Maybe this is a pro depending on who you are.
Furniture may also be a drawback. Since the living room is fully furnished, there is no space for more furniture in shared spaces. This is probably an ideal situation for a fresh graduate, someone new to Utah, or something like that.
Let's talk numbers...
For the whole apartment:
Total rent is $1730 (before sewage, utilities, etc.) Sewage/water/trash/parking is about $70 a month
Utilities is about $125
**your half would total to about $875 give or take
Made it this far?
Great, more about me:
I am a 35 year old Los Angeles transplant, came out here for college and never left. I love makeup, going out (I need to get mentally prepared first!), hiking, pickles and Diet Coke.
I am outgoing but also love a good night in. I don't have people over a lot. I'll probably be that weird roommate who's in their room a lot.
Im moving out in October or November (getting married mid October) so you may need to find someone then (or live solo) if you have a friend wanting to move in maybe we can work something out. lease runs through Feb 28, 2027
no smoking and no Chads please
