Vintage Chirana “Lekárnické Váhy L1” pharmacy/laboratory balance scale from former Czechoslovakia. This is a beautiful mid-century scientific instrument with the original wood storage case, paperwork, and assorted metric weights included.

The scale appears to be very complete and includes the original instruction manual and warranty card dated 1973. Stainless pans, painted center column, and balance beam all present very nicely. Great display piece for apothecary, medical, laboratory, or industrial décor, but also a functional precision balance.
