Nice, high-end mattress with minimal wear. Needs to be cleaned or shampooed or mattress protector. No rips or tears and still in excellent condition just is a bit dirty from storing in the garage for the last 2 1/2 weeks.

I have a portable carpet, upholstery bed, shampoo cleaner if you would like to use it before you take the mattress.
