PayPalFun little hiking backpack that can carry several items and also a baby.
It's designed with weight-bearing straps to go across your chest and waist to help it be easier and more comfortable to wear over longer distances and periods of time. It's even got fold-out metal stands at the back so that you can stand it upright on the ground when getting the baby in or out (I've been saying "the" baby, but, you know, hopefully it's actually "your" baby).
Used maybe twice and found it pretty easy to work with, but wasn't hiking very much with the baby so didn't use it much more than that.
