This is our used ARB Simpson III roof top tent, complete with separate annex (part 3102). New, this tent and annex will cost over $1,700.

• Upper tent sleeps two comfortably. Need more room? Quickly zip on the annex.
• There's space for two more people in the annex.
• Annex may alternatively be used as a shower room or a weather protected storage area.
• A view of an assembled annex is shown circled in red in the photos.
• Fast set up; unbuckle and zip off cover, unfold tent base, unfold and extend ladder, pull out end extensions and insert 4 window support rods.
• Outer seams previously waterproofed with liquid seam sealer.
• New ARB UV treated tent cover.
• Polycotton canvas shell for main tent.
• Polyester rainfly.
• Original, used ARB mounting hardware included. You will need a proper roof rack and cross bars to mount this. Check vehicle roof rack maximum allowable weight. Weight on roof will affect handling; use caution.
• Coolers and vehicle pictured not included.
• Total weight, ~178 pounds.

Local pick up only, no delivery. Tent is always garage kept and located in Heber City, Utah. You must bring assistance to help place it in or on your vehicle. We don't do installs. Our roof top tent is cross listed on Ebay.
