The coop is in good condition, showing some signs of wear but nothing structural. It includes a secure main compartment, a screened-in run area, and a functional window for ventilation. Ideal for a backyard flock or a small farm setting. It easily fit my 9 chickens. Approximate dimensions are 9’x4’x6.5’. I can get exact dimensions tomorrow when it stops raining :)
