Looking for a Roommate ASAP—Room with Private Bathroom Available in Salt Lake City!

I’m looking for a roommate to fill one of the rooms in my Capitol Hill apartment. Bedroom has its own private bathroom, and apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer!

Move-in date is 6/1/2026. Lease is for 12 months.

Rent is $758 per month (this includes water, sewer, and trash). Utilities (electricity, WiFi, and gas) usually come out to about $60-$80, depending on the season.

Unit is LGBTQ+ friendly.

No pets (I’m allergic).

Unit is shared with two other roommates (myself included); there would be three people total living in unit.

There is a one-time lease initiation fee of $125 and an application fee of $50. Rent is due on the first day of the month, so rent for June will need to be paid upon moving in.
