Hardwood floors upstairs, carpeted downstairs. Off and on street parking. One minute away from the entrance to Millcreek Canyon; 10 minutes to the University of Utah.
We are a low key household of folks who like to get outside to climb, run, bike, hike, ski, garden and more. There is no cable; we don’t watch much TV; rarely run the central air and keep the heat at a low setting; typically dry our laundry on the clothesline or drying rack; we are each responsible for biweekly chores, clean up the kitchen after we use it, and are considerate, kind, friendly and tidy.
Monthly rent is $700 per month plus shared household expenses (utilities, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) -- typically runs about $75-100 per month. Move in cost is $1,900: first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and fully refundable deposit ($500). Room is available around July. It's flexible.
No couples, pets, telecommuting, smoking or hard drugs.
