This trailer has been well cared for by my grandma for most of its life and was sold to me four years ago. It has treated us really well, but we need something smaller to accommodate our van. It’s older, but everything works like it should, which is hard to find in a vintage camper. We’ve used it for camping and it’s been dependable for us.
The A/C blows cold, the fridge, stove, furnace, and water heater all work, and we haven’t had issues with leaks. There’s also a 6 disc CD changer and a Bluetooth/auxiliary compatible stereo. Roof, floors, and ceilings are solid. It’s also lighter and easier to tow than a lot of newer fifth wheels.
The only issue is with the battery setup and small cosmetic repairs. The batteries are dead because of a bad ground connection to the frame. When plugged into shore power or a generator, everything works perfectly. It should just need the ground cleaned up and a battery replacement if you want to use it off-grid.
Clean title in hand. Selling as-is. Happy to show that everything works when hooked up.
