This loft bed can be used as a great space saver or even with another twin bed below it. My daughter had both a desk and chair underneath. Currently disassembled but easy to put together.

Dimensions are approximately: 77 1/4" long x 72 1/4" Tall x 40 " wide. The ladder sticks out an additional 20 inches. Have mattress but would recommend getting a new one, but you are welcome to it.
