Rowan is a cute, 2022 grade sorrel pony gelding with a big personality he is more go than woah packed into a small frame. He is spunky, curious, and full of character, making him a fun and engaging young horse for the right person. Rowan has a mind of his own and a playful nature that keeps things interesting. He stands well for both the farrier and veterinarian. Rowan is well cared for and fully up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and has had his teeth floated this year. On the ground, Rowan moves nicely off the lead, backs, pivots, and disengages his hips. Rowan has had several rides and he walks, trots, lopes, and backs. Rowan has gone on trail rides and keeps a quiet mind. He enjoys desensitization work and will happily interact with tarps, flags, and other tools when encouraged, showing confidence and curiosity. Due to his size and stage of training, Rowan will need a smaller, confident handler if intended for riding. He would make an excellent prospect for an upcoming training project or a fun learning horse for someone looking to bring along a young pony with personality.
