Furniture — Futon with a beautiful wooden frame, a super-cozy pair of plush reading chairs, a solid wood desk, lots of lamps, mattresses with bedframes and headboards, and more. Clothing & Accessories — 400+ clothing items (lots of ladies blazers, knits, sweaters, and purses), coats and winter scarves, fun jewelry, and several pairs of high-end men’s shoes (Allen Edmonds, Florsheim) and nice suits (Ralph Lauren, etc). Kitchen — A full entertainer's setup: glassware, cookware, fine china, several full sets of dishware, Pyrex storage, Waterford and other crystal pieces, beautiful serving dishes, many utensils, and a number of small appliances (all tested and working great). Linens — Tablecloths, linen napkins, sheets, towels, throw pillows, and blankets. Mid-Century Modern gems: These folks took excellent care of their things! There are several small appliances and many kitchen & holiday items that are fabulously retro (some even collectible). Art, Décor & Crafts — 20+ pieces of framed art, ceramic vases, holiday decorations. Toys, Games & More — Lots of fun stuff for kids (or people who spend time with them)! Games, books, activities, and many crafting supplies (unopened steel punches and stamping kits and lots more). Extras —Several big happy plants (and over a several dozen outdoor ceramic and other types of pots!), luggage (including 2 Hartmann garment bags), electronics, sporting goods (including golf clubs for kids and adults, rollerblades, and pickleball gear), landscaping tools, household and cleaning items, garage storage cabinets and general tools.

Sale will happen rain or shine -- most stuff is indoors anyway.
