Need to thin out the outboard collection. This came on a boat I bought. It turns over and has compression but I've never tried starting it. Looks to be in good shape. You'll need to clean the carb and probably put in an impeller. Has a chunk off the cavitation plate. I used to repair these and sell them but I got a full time job so, no time for these. They need to go.
