Lazy J Meats in Payson, Utah will do the processing. Born and raised by us in Benjamin, all natural, no hormones or growth stimulants, grass fed and raised on pastures and summered in the mountains, he has been on alfalfa hay and steam flaked corn since November 1st so he will be excellent eating.
Lazy J Meats is one of the few processors that will dry age the beef for 14 days. They will custom process the beef the way you want it cut and wrapped, and they do an amazing job. Buy a quarter, a half, or a whole, we are selling it for $4.50 a pound hanging weight. The carcasses should, weigh about 950 pounds, so the price of the 1/2 beef will be about $2,100.00. You will pay Lazy J Meats all the processing charges, about $400 for a ½.
