VenmoInstalled but never energized. The customer decided to do a transfer switch and wanted a different setup. It is missed the grounding/grounded neutral ground bar. Easy fix if you know what you’re doing. Probably shouldn’t be purchasing if you don’t know what that is. See pictures of missing bar and knock outs on panel.
