Good little camp trailer, it has seen plenty of use but still in good condition selling because we outgrew the sleeping capacity.

The Good: Couch pulles out into a bed that sleeps 2 ok but a little tight we kept it as a bed and squoze in a queen mattress, the table drops down into another bed that can sleep 1 adult or two kids, it has a standup shower that has only ever been used as storage, it has added solar panels for longer trips and usb and power port near the bed, comes with a equilizer hitch, the trailer pulls great, never had an issue when pulling. Tires are still in good shape but getting old, has a hitch on the back for a rack or small trailer pull, newish batteries around a year old. uses two 7 gallon tanks, Fridge and freezer works great, added a spray port into the black tank to make flushing easier.

The Bad: there has been a few patches made to the outside and inside, driver side siding pealed back and has been re-attached, previous owner ran a branch trhough the side and riped the flooring by the couch and has been re-glued down some of the clearcoat from the repair is pealing, the only water damage that i can recall is at one of the awning mounts and so it has a strap reinforcement, some of the stabalizer jacks have a slight bend or tweek and a little stiff but still work.

I typically use it multiple times a year and its always good and ready to go. it has been kept under a cover durring winters,

i recently re-coated the roof with another coat of sealant. the axle bearings could use a re-packing.
