PayPalGood little camp trailer, it has seen plenty of use but still in good condition selling because we outgrew the sleeping capacity. Has a Rebuilt/Restored Title.
The couch pulls out into a bed that sleeps 2. The table drops down into another bed that can sleep 1 adult or two kids, it has a standup shower that has only ever been used as storage, it has added solar panels for longer trips and usb and power ports near the bed, comes with a equalizer hitch and trailer cover, the trailer pulls great. Tires are still in good shape but getting old, has a hitch on the back for a rack or small trailer pull, newish batteries around a year old. Two 7 gallon propane tanks, Fridge and freezer works great AC works with Generator or shore power, added a spray port into the black tank to make flushing easier.
There have been a few patches made to the outside and inside including torn flooring, the awning mount by the door came loose and so it has a strap reinforcement, the stabilizer jacks are little stiff but still work. It has been kept under a cover during winters. I recently re-coated the roof with another coat of sealant.
The axle bearings could use a re-packing.
