Private bathtub/shower and toilet with the bathroom sink outside of the toilet area so two people can use the bathroom at the same time, ceiling fan and sky light for great ventilation as well as extra light in the bathroom, heater and AC, sun awning, has the bigger fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, double sink, the storage is unbelievable in this trailer. It’s under every bed as well as with multiple overhead cubbies, and two storage closets. When you first walk in the trailer… the entry area is bigger than I’ve ever seen on a trailer. Super roomy and open even without a bump-out. The colors of the upholstery, floor, trim, curtains and cabinets are all modern and clean looking. The floor and cabinets have all been taken care of and you would not believe it’s a 2008. This has been a really well taken care of trailer. This is the perfect trailer and will sell fast, so don’t hesitate on this one. Selling only because we are downsizing to a smaller trailer. I harvested batteries and propane to the new trailer - you'll need to add those items.
