VenmoHi. LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE. I have a private room for rent in my apartment, looking for a responsible female: student, possibly a couple, or single mom with child. $650/mo. $325 deposit for one female ($800 monthly + $500 deposit if 2 adults). Includes utilities, unless theres a massive change in utility cost, then you'd pay difference. (Learned xfinity has option you can possibly get own wifi if wanted.) We would have a roommate agreement set up.
Available now. My lease is up in October but I will be renewing for another 6 mo. (I only sign 6 mo at a time but have lived here since 2018) Looking for a long term renter. Sharing my apartment with myself and my 3 teen daughters. (Shared custody with my ex, so kids are sometimes gone.) We are usually pretty quiet and chill.
No pets (anaphylactic allergies), No smoking. Gluten free house! 3 of us have celiac disease (testing 4th). In Draper right by IKEA. Furnished. Share main bathroom. Shared main areas. Complex has gym, pool/hot tub, mail room with vending machines, community barbecue area, courtyard with fire pit, bus stops are just outside the building, front runner station less than a mile walk away, close to bangerter and I15, on 5th floor, 2 elevators, secure access, good sized balcony, washer/dryer in unit. It's a corner apartment unit.
