1987 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx 18 ft. We purchased this in March of 2022 and have slowly been upgrading our little trailer to our liking. Many great memories in the short amount of time we have had it. Already been out once this year. Unfortunately, it is a chore and difficult to get it to the side of our house, and is time to get a trailer better suited to our RV pad area. It has a gaucho bed, dinette bed and fold down bunk above gaucho. Approx 28-30 gal fresh water tank (approximated by measuring and calculating). 6 gallon hot water heater, new water pump 7/2022, fridge/freezer is 110 v/propane (and can freeze everything in the fridge if not careful!), new kitchen and bathroom faucets 5/2022, new vent/fan in bathroom, 100 w 4.3 amp monocrystalline solar panel with 30 A controller 3/2023, dual deep cycle batteries, 2 30# LP tanks, new LP regulator 5/2026 and LP line to trailer 10/2024, push in insulating roof vent covers, gray and black water tanks, Turbo Kool swamp cooler installed just after we bought it, tires are still in good shape, heavy duty stabilizers at all for corners, wheel chock scissor stabilizers, LED exterior light 320 lumens 4/2022, interior lights changed to LED 4500K natural white 620 LM 3 way switch, the coolest American flag LED tail lights 8/2025, most of the running lights have been replaced with LED (have the rest in a box). Power jack installed two years ago (wife's favorite addition!). Has had obvious leaks over the years, have sealed up most of the dry looking sealant on the roof.
