VenmoState- Proline- Commercial Grade 50 gallon gas water heater. American Proline Commercial Grade 50 gallon gas water heater. Works great. Used. Manufactured September of 2017. It had sediment buildup due to malfunctioning water softener. The plumber said to flush it. I replaced it instead. We were getting a bit of brown water when running hot. Once I got it outside I flushed it and believe most of the sediment is out. Heats water great. I pulled the anode. See pic. I have 2 of these, the other is a 2018 advertised separately.
