The pieces are made of solid oak with a warm honey-oak finish and rounded edges. The dresser has multiple drawers plus a center cabinet section for additional storage. The armoire has two large doors, interior shelving/cubbies, and lower drawers, making it great for clothing, linens, blankets, toys, or general bedroom storage.
This is a well-made, heavy, quality furniture set — not lightweight particleboard. There are normal signs of use from age, but overall the pieces are clean, sturdy, and have been well cared for.
