• This is an extremely comfortable mattress
• condition: like new, it has a water proof cover around the memory foam

• safety guard rail
• a few of the side rail posts have been re-welded wit J-B Weld (now the strongest part of the bed)
• this was used by one adult only, original owner

A child will not have a tough time getting up the ladder, but I did (as an adult) so purchased a side ladder that made it easier (telescoping ladder)

I am a remote IT worker and needed more space in my bedroom for a larger desk.

I purchased this bed and was able to get a 6ft lifetime table underneath for a desk and I slept up top.

I think it is a good idea that you see it assembled and help take it apart to see how it's put together. I would like for you to see it put together (not disassembled), so it will be assembled on pickup.
