We only raise good black angus prime beef. Our beef is around 700 to1000 pounds hanging weight. The reason why is because the higher the hanging weight of the beef the fattier the meat and the more tender the meat.

This includes all of the butcher fees and double wrapped in vacuumed pack and frozen and delivered to your door.
