Custom painted by Joe Bell, this early 2000s Ram was built in Japan at the Toyo facility. It is a size 60cm (seat tube CTT)The ride is terrific, and can accept 700c tires up to 35mm and can also be modified to a 650B wheel set with tires up to 42mm. In classic Rivendell fashion this bike emphasizes comfort, and can easily be set up with handlebars set higher than the saddle. This particular bike is designed for riders between 5’9” to 6’1”. I’m 5’11” and it fits me well. Complete bike includes Rivendell bar end shifters, Sugino crankset, Berthoud Aspin saddle, Nitto Noodle handlebars wrapped with Brooks tape, Cane Creek brake levers and Velocity wheels laced to Suzue shiny silver hubs. Bags and pump shown in the photos are not included.
