VenmoVintage Japanese folding straight razor marked "Matuzakaya Warranted." This razor was brought home from Okinawa by my grandfather after World War II and has remained in the family.
Includes the original "Matuzakaya Razor Warranted" cardboard sleeve, which is worn but still displays the original lettering. The blade has significant surface rust and has not been cleaned or restored. The scales appear complete, and the razor is being sold exactly as found.
A nice piece for collectors of WWII souvenirs, Japanese barber memorabilia, or vintage straight razors. Sometimes the best restoration is simply leaving history alone.
