Meet Gloria!

Gloria is a 17-pound Terrier mix with a playful personality and a heart that's ready to love the right person. Like many rescue dogs, she carries a difficult past with her, and she's looking for someone who understands that healing takes patience, consistency, and trust.

Gloria isn't the type of dog who will instantly adore everyone she meets—and that's okay. She likes to take her time getting to know people and will absolutely let you know if she's uncomfortable with something. She thrives with someone who respects her boundaries, understands dog body language, and allows her to build trust at her own pace. Once you've earned that trust, Gloria becomes a fun, loyal, and entertaining companion who loves to play and be by your side.

Because of her history, Gloria would do best in a predictable, low-chaos home without young children. She also has a unique communication style with other dogs and doesn't always read canine body language well, so she may not be a good match for dominant dogs. Slow, thoughtful introductions and the right canine companion are important.

Gloria isn't looking for perfection—she's looking for someone who understands that rescue dogs sometimes come with a few quirks. In return, you'll gain a devoted friend who is worth every bit of patience you invest in her.
