In the application the qualifications include, providing a paystub from the past month that shows you make 3x the monthly rent, and a screening that shows if you have a criminal background, and what your credit score is. We require a credit score of 600 or higher! If you don’t meet these qualifications a Co-Signer is also an option and or paying a double deposit fee.

I’m selling this lease so if you co sign or meet the qualifications the deposit will be payed for and you only pay for the first month of rent, if required to pay double deposit we can work something out!
