VenmoThis is a Sheffield style Bowie popular in the 1850's. It's 15 inches overall with a full-tang stainless steel blade. The cutting edge of the blade is 9 inches, it's 1 1/2 inches wide and 3/16th of an inch thick. It has the traditional brass guard (the red in the photos is a reflection).
The blade comes with a frontier style leather sheath.
I make these blades as a hobby, so covering my costs is what sets the price point. The price of leather is way out of hand to where the sheath itself is nearly $20 in leather. The price of the knife reflects that.
