The treadmill and Quest 3 have only seen light use and has been well cared for. Everything is fully functional and ready for its next owner. The Quest 3 pairs with the Kat Walk system (I ran it through my PC with the KATVR software) for a truly immersive VR experience that's great for games like Skyrim, Half-Life: Alyx, Green Hell VR, Into The Radius, and even racing games with the included seat on treadmill. You walk on the treadmill with the special sensor shoes, and your character walks in Skyrim or Half Life, it's pretty awesome. I'm sure there are many more compatible games I can't remember. We enjoyed it, but life got in the way and we haven't used it for a while. It might as well go to someone who will use it, as it's a blast! We loved Half Life and Skyrim on this thing.

Local pickup only due to the size and weight of the treadmill. You will probably need a truck unless you plan to take it apart, which would be difficult as I no longer have the instructions or the massive box.
