Aircraft

I have access to an RV-12 LSA through Utah Light Sport. This is one of the most affordable training aircraft in the area. It rents for a fraction of comparable planes while offering a glass cockpit, 2-axis autopilot, center-stick controls, and a wrap-around bubble canopy. For information, see below:

I’ve been a pilot for nearly 10 years. I know first-hand what it’s like to balance life's challenges while staying sharp in the evolving GA landscape. If you’re a rusty pilot looking to get current again, or a weekend warrior looking to keep your skills sharp, I'm your guy!

I have experience in Cessnas (172/182), Pipers (Cherokee/Archer), and Light Sport Aircraft, including LSA transitions.

Discovery Flights

Always wanted to know what it's like to fly an airplane? Curious about starting your aviation journey but unsure where to begin? I offer flexible discovery flights for an all-inclusive rate (includes both my time and the aircraft) at KOGD. Discovery flights also make great gifts!

• RV-12 discovery flight: $150
• 172 discovery flight: $220

Rates

• $50/hr flight instruction (plus aircraft rental fee, paid to the rental operator, as applicable)
• $35/hr ground instruction
