VenmoThese are exactly 4.5 years old and were purchased from RC Willey. They have been owned and only gently used by a single woman who does an average of one load of laundry a week. Both the washer and dryer work great, but the washer needs new suspension rods. Otherwise, it will intermittently knock as if it is off-balance. A $75 inspection was just done which will go towards the repair and the resultant out-of-pocket expense will be $265. The washer has two hair line cracks in the top which are only cosmetic and are barely seen - no other flaws (no scratches, dents etc). Both have been well maintained and look brand new. Samsung upgraded their suspension rods, so once they are replaced the set should be good for years to come.
