The average hanging weight is 400 to 450 lbs. per half. Cost is $4,800 for a whole, $2,500 for a half, or $1,300 for a quarter. There is an additional processing fee of roughly $150 per quarter. The animals are scheduled to be processed on July 29th. You can get it cut to your specifications. You won't find better all-natural Angus beef to fill your freezer; it's our promise.
