Looking for a fun-loving sidekick with a goofy personality and a heart that's ready to love? Meet Moose!

Born in January 2025, this handsome 25-pound Aussie-doodle is ready to find the family he's been waiting for. Moose takes just a few minutes to warm up to new people, but once he realizes you're a friend, he's all in. His attitude is basically, "Alright, let's get this show on the road!" He's eager to be part of whatever adventure comes next, whether it's a walk, a road trip, or simply hanging out with his favorite people.

Moose is still learning that the world is a safe place. He came to us in terrible condition, covered in painful, heavy mats that had clearly been neglected for quite some time. Because of his past, he'll need regular professional grooming, and for now those grooming appointments will likely need to be done with sedation while he continues building trust and positive experiences. We know that with patience and consistency, his confidence will continue to grow.

We're still evaluating Moose with other dogs, so if there's already a dog in the home, a meet-and-greet will be required to make sure everyone is a good match. The good news? He completely ignores cats! We'd also recommend a home with older, dog-savvy children who understand how to respect a dog's space and allow Moose to approach on his own terms rather than grabbing or overwhelming him.

Moose is a silly, lovable boy who has so much life ahead of him. He's looking for someone who will continue helping him discover that people can be kind, gentle, and dependable. In return, you'll gain a loyal, entertaining companion who's ready to start the next chapter of his life.
