It’s time for me to part ways with my favorite bike. I bought it new at Red Rock Bicycle Shop here in St. George in 2022 after I had both knees replaced. It was the perfect bike for me to still enjoy all our trails around here while I was recovering. Fast forward to now, and I barely ride it anymore. I have to remember to ride it at least once a week to keep it tuned up, but otherwise, I ride my Stumpjumper every day. I just don’t need an eMTB anymore. It’s a mullet configuration, so the best of both worlds - easy rollover front, with better drive from the rear.

Condition

Brand new when bought in 2022, and it’s still a 10/10 functionally. I’d say 9/10 for appearance. Although I haven’t babied it for the last four years, I have always taken good care of it while still riding hard (for a 55 year old). There are small scratches here and there, but the only blemishes are just that - surface scratches. I’ve always kept it clean and stored with the rest of my bikes in the garage. With only 76 charge cycles on the battery, the powertrain is like new (rated to do 1,000 charge cycles before degrading to 80%). It’s got a lot of years of fun riding left in it - just not with me.

Maintenance

I am a stickler for maintenance, so all necessary maintenance was done on it at regular intervals.\
