Ownership • Ownership of the cabin is held in Mountain Ridge Retreat, LLC.

• All of the details of the property use and care are directed by a detailed Operating Agreement.

Scheduling • Owners select weeks from Prime and Winter Seasons, with 1 minimum week in Extended Season.

• Weeks are selected annually one pick at a time per round, rotating the order of first selection one position each year.

• Regardless of ownership %, each owner has equal access to weeks. Owners can trade and reschedule weeks as needed.

• Modifications were made in plumbing and heating including a gas furnace installation in 2018 for year round usage.
