ZelleI’m using a different filtration method now, and don’t need these filter socks anymore. They’re in excellent condition (3 of them never used). The ones that were used were washed every week with bleach, soaked in RO/DI water, and then hung to dry outside. So they’re clean, in great condition, and ready to use right away. 200-micron felt does a great job of scrubbing your water as it enters the sump, and the 4” plastic ring fits any standard 4” filter sock opening. Originally $8 each new ($72 total).
