GooglePayAbout Me / Us: Responsible, clean, and quiet individual (or small group of 2–3) seeking housing for the upcoming ski season. We are respectful of property, non-smokers, don't party, and pay rent on time every month.
Housing Details Needed:
- Dates: December 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027 (5-Month Seasonal Lease)
- Location: Heber City, Midway, Kamas, Francis, or surrounding areas.
- Budget: $600 – $700 per month per room (or up to $1,400/mo for a 2-bedroom / $2,100/mo for a 3-bedroom).
- Space: Open to a private room in a shared house, or a full 2–3 bedroom rental.
Lease Readiness: I am fully prepared to complete a background check, provide references, e-sign the lease agreement, and send the security deposit immediately to lock in a place ahead of the season.
