All necessary cables are included. Optional: I also have two 1080p 24" monitors. They're $30 each, $50 together, or $35 if purchased with the computer.
I will install the OS of your choice onto the computer (Windows 10, 11, or a Linux distribution). It currently has Linux Mint but it previously ran Windows 11 well.
To build this new the parts are currently about $550 (not including OS price). If you add a dedicated GPU this build is gaming ready.
