This rack is fully foldable for easy storage and movement and very compact. It will hold 2 e-bikes and is rated at 130lbs total. The platform style allows it to be used for all size tires. This one has the ramp addin which allows you to roll the bike onto the rack instead of lifting them. All Thule racks have security locks. I have all manuals and keys.
