VenmoJosie 3yr old Rocky Mountain/ Walker cross GRADE Currently 15.1hh expected to be 15.3hh if not close to 16hh, sire was black 16hh TWH stallion and dam was silver black Rocky(bet 15.2-15.3) both great size. Handled since birth, used Natural Horsmanship method, loads, trims, ties, started but green, but moves of leg and seat well. I am expecting a baby this year so her training slowed down to ground work mainly and it did limit her outside Exposure this year, but she was taken in a few trail rides last year and did great. She’s a little impatient at times. Up to date on her dental work and hooves with trims every 6 weeks. Has not had shoes. Owned her since she was a weanling, and always been hands on. She’s ready for any knowledgeable rider and trainer to continue riding and working on her gait. I’ve mainly focused on starting a safe, sane, and soft horse regardless of her being gaited or not, so now someone who knows a bit more about developing her natural gait can.
I am not a gaited horse person so I didn’t focus much on it, but also reason why she’s up for consideration, I very much prefer non gaited and she’s to nice to just be average, I know someone can enjoy her long strides and smooth gait that’s in there, Just not for me. But she also has a phenomenal personality. And has a very curious side and been exposed to lots of random things.
3000 priced to sell! She has a lot of great training behind her.
I am also open to partial trades or full trades to a trotting breed QH/paint etc looking for 2-4yr old unless they have a bit more training then consider older but not interested in a green broke 6yr old.
