Clean title, passes smog, registration current in Utah.
Shifts smoothly, TH400 3 speed auto Added backup camera and linked to screen on aftermarket stereo.

Roof has no leaks Control panel works (tank level sensors for water, grey, black, and propane) House batteries are good, Propane system works no leaks etc. Faucets work Norcold 3-way fridge works Stove top works, Furnace works AC rooftop unit blows cold
Has a 500 watt inverter connected to house batteries. Has a 1200 watt space heater wall mounted in back bedroom. Includes rhino sewer hose and back flush connector to jet wash the waste tank. Includes 100 ft 10 gauge outdoor extension cable. Includes a 15-amp to 30-amp adapter connection with surge protection Includes 50 ft of clear water hose for filling tank or connecting to city connection on RV.
Main issues are:
Tires are at the end of age limit (6years) Toilet valve seems to leak occasionally when system is pressurized 12vdc mode on fridge is does not appear to work. I run it on propane or 110vac. Oven doesn't heat to set temp (pilot light still works and valve works but won't get hotter than 300 degrees) Window trim drying out and a bit crusty Generator in unknown status, it worked 8 months ago but I haven't used it since then. Has 130 hours on it and it's a Onan 4kw generator. Grey water line has a leak at the winterization valve before the tank
This is a vintage RV in good condition considering it's age!
