Cleaning Deposit of $825 and your share of utilities (which is approximately $70/month depending on the time

of year)! A garage space may also be available for an extra $35/month, if you would like, so you won’t have to

remove the snow and ice from the windows of your vehicle during the cold of the winter and so that the summer
