Lovingly used for three years. Our puppy chewed through some wires and it’s now stuck in the reclined position. We fixed it once, but couldn’t be bothered this time and bought a new one. When it works it reclines fully and lifts to assist standing. Also has massage and heat. Purchased from RC Willy three years ago. If you’re willing to do a little engineering, this still has some life in it. Otherwise she’s off to the landfill.
