GooglePayI have a hen that is about a year and a half old. She's currently laying, but a few weeks ago she injured herself. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I think that she may have sustained a hip injury. I have been keeping her separate from the rest of the flock and offering food and water as well as treats, And she seems to have regained a lot of strength, but she still is unable to stand up on her own. I am at a point where I don't have the skills or resources to help her, and I don't think she's going to regain the ability to walk on her own without more intervention.
She's free to anyone who wants to try and rehabilitate her. You would need to pick her up asap, otherwise we will find a humane way to put her to rest.
